Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much. They are decent people unable to make any positive impact on behalf of the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They sit behind desks and tell us what need to be done, yet don’t give us the equipment to get things done.
The CEO makes all the decisions and everyone else is powerless. They fear going up against him and getting chewed out and possibly losing their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We’re not paid fair hourly wages compared to other companies
There are no raises - EVER
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our team doesn’t have enough members
They are powerless and broken. Never get a thank you nor a raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the newer properties are nice.
We try to work together
The employee activities in winter and summer
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Except for a core of 5 or 6 Sr. managers, every other employee is treated as disposable and there is no appreciation shown towards them, no matter what they do.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Should be quicker and should be open to salary negotiations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees need to feel appreciated and as part of the company's success. There are no raises and no thanks. Many just get disgusted and leave.

I enjoy the kind of work I do and my co-workers.
