Not much. They are decent people unable to make any positive impact on behalf of the employees.
They sit behind desks and tell us what need to be done, yet don’t give us the equipment to get things done.

Except for a core of 5 or 6 Sr. managers, every other employee is treated as disposable and there is no appreciation shown towards them, no matter what they do.

Should be quicker and should be open to salary negotiations.
Employees need to feel appreciated and as part of the company's success. There are no raises and no thanks. Many just get disgusted and leave.
