I enjoy going to work every day to reach out to students. There is enough time for me to send texts, call and check up on students who are not working. The students and parents are appreciate.I rarely get feedback of my work from my manager.

Sometimes problems are deferred until later without explanation, need more support for new teachers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people were so friendly and the transitions to another room seemed well managed.

They have passion, energy, are goal-driven, and motivated to becoming educators partner in educating students.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is comparable to teaching in a school building, if you take away transportation costs and buying new clothes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love being able to support students who are learning remotely. I truly believe that the interactive lessons, live help and available teacher support are vital for successful online learning. Teachers have flexibility to use their own voice to communicate to students/parents.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I see a student who previously struggled to complete assignments, now submitting work so they can graduate. I taught GED classes, and it is much harder to go back and finish. I know that Edmentum is working to create innovative products to reach more students needs.
