My experience at Edmunds has been a positive one. I've seen the company go through ups and downs but overall upper management understand how important their employees are to the success of the company in the automotive tech space.

Heavily micromanaged. Thet emphasize ROWE but it's not true ROWE by definition. Felt overwhlemed and was always in fear of the next mistake to be pointed out. Feedback was constant and some management was condescending.
