What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Externally hired managers compensation is 6 figures plus. Customer bills increased in line with CPI yet no pay rise for workers....
The starting salary is 7% of executive renumeration. Says it all.....

Paid in line with industry at a minimum, higher if the hot air exiting executives is to be believed and staff are the best in the industry.
Higher pay, realistic progression pathways.
Only focus on sales. Very poor trading 0 manager support

Ask for our feedback on how you could contribute to our jobs being done more efficiently and follow up on that feedback where necessary.
Attempt to reduce micro management.
They all need to get a brain and get out

Customer base are not seeing the investment in the infrastructure for the amount that they are paying.
