Resource effort, contribution and evaluation, these things are calculated solely on numbers. I belong to a team that works on public holidays, the management has little consideration towards our responsibilities to our family, and we are asked to work on public holidays too.

In the SaaS market, we are generally far underpaid in comparison to the rest of the market. I know many reps who have moved on from Egnyte and 1.5x'd or 2x'd compensation at the new organization.

There is very little salary hike and the salary itself is not on par with the industry(2x). That's when compared to the company that's not public yet. Very little rsu granted and the wait for the company going public feels "forever".
