Technology and services team leadership is great.
They try to do what is right even when it may not be the best thing for the bottom line. Future thinking and positive.

Everyone is commited and willi g to support and assist each other.
Smart people working together to make great software, tackling hard problems

Very collaborative. Open to new ideas and products. Clear eyed about what needs to be done to succeed
Excitement around growth opportunities and potential IPO
