Executives need to take a step back and really think about the outcomes of their decisions. They also need to understand their customers better.

Our change in executive management who doesn't understand our community and the needs of our customers and who has no ties to the current workforce which makes it easier for them to cut people left and right without an regard to the long and short term consequences.

They need to offer us better benefits
