What are some of the best things about your team?
They always rise to the occasion and get the important things done.
Everyone works together very well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Things are changing too fast. We have almost a completely new group full of entitled people who want to do the minimum to collect a nice big check.
Less drama for sure of course
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a clear level of expectations and tools to get the job done.
My co-employees are the most positive part
Everyone loves coming to work and there is a real sense of being a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company environment right now is toxic. Executive management is just about done pushing out all the most experienced workers who were loyal to the company and are replacing them with cheaper labor which is full of entitled workers. They are building a dog eat dog working environment.
Just a little more communication.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thorough and straightforward.

Solving problems and improving efficiency.
The hard work that gets done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executives need to take a step back and really think about the outcomes of their decisions. They also need to understand their customers better.
Our change in executive management who doesn't understand our community and the needs of our customers and who has no ties to the current workforce which makes it easier for them to cut people left and right without an regard to the long and short term consequences.
They need to offer us better benefits
