Very personable, little to no tests or evaluations. Everything was straightforward on what's expected, job tasks and responsibilities.
What I liked most about the interview process was the opportunity to come in and see the office, as well as having a one-on-one conversation with the interviewer. It gave me a clear sense of the work environment and made the experience feel more personal and welcoming.
