I think the best part is the overall support and work-life balance - the benefits and pay are also consistent and there is always flexibility for growth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the salary doesn’t reflect the level of responsibility and pressure that comes with my role. A pay increase that better matches my workload and contributions would make me feel more appreciate
I would like a trajectory to know how much I can grow year over year. My benefits/vacation/salary have stayed the same for years. Other organizations grows annually. I would like to understand how and why I can further myself because I want to.
The work can be a lot sometimes, it would be nice to have a better compensation, or at least more frequent raises
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have gained friendship in my coworkers and a work family that can't beat anything else - all of my coworkers are amazing people - we all come to work together

How supportive everyone else. Even when I have made mistakes, nobody is ever "in trouble." We all learn and encourage everyone to grow

how easy it was - felt more like a conversation than an interview

They did not make me feel super nervous and upheld professionalism while still conducting a proper interview
The interviewer was friendly, and asked related questions to the job itself, it wasnt generic

What makes you most happy at work?
How everyone is treated - I love how it feels like a family here and even on your first day you are treated like family. I also love how supportive the CEO and management is. I never feel Guilty if i need time off or if I have made a mistake
