A good experience where I learned a lot and improved both professionally and personally

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience. I appreciate the collaborative team and opportunities to take initiative, but the workload can be stressful and the compensation could be improve

I've really enjoyed my time working at ELC. The team is supportive, the leadership is approachable, and there's a clear effort to foster a positive work culture. There's always something to learn, and I feel like my contributions are valued.

Leadership team is always easy to talk to, understanding, and patient. They are always there when you need them and strive to push us to be the best everyday. I have grown so much within this company in just a short time because of my team leads.

It felt like a conversation, and the person interviewing seemed to be truly interested in what i had to say, and answered all my questions when i asked them, obviously they are very knowledgeable about the company
