What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent and effective at communicating company strategy every quarter, sometimes more frequently than that. Helps you keep aligned with the company and feel that you're making a difference.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is strong and the major driver TC as a recent hire. Employees are invited to participate in a stock ownership plan after two years, which is nice once you get that -- but it takes a while to qualify.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Skilled and intelligent. Innate curiosity -- lots of former academics who turned to industry. Down to earth with a sense of humor.

Making substantial contributions each day and then seeing those contributions deployed to to the customer in a fast turnaround, roughly 2-6 weeks.
