Gene R. Carano — Senior Vice President of Regional Operations - Nevada & Colorado at Eldorado Resorts

Mr. Gene R. Carano serves as Senior Vice President of Regional Operations for Nevada & Colorado at Eldorado Resorts, Inc. Mr. Carano has been Treasurer of Eldorado Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Eldorado Resorts LLC since 1996 and also serves its Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Carano has been an Assistant General Manager of Eldorado Hotel & Casino since July 2002 and has been its Vice President since 1996. Mr. Carano has been Vice President of Recreational Enterprises Inc., since 1983. , Mr. Carano served as the General Manager of EldoradoResorts LLC since June 2007. He served as the General Manager of Eldorado Resorts LLC from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Carano served as an Assistant General Manager of Eldorado Resorts LLC and served as its Vice President since 1993 and Secretary since June 1996. Mr. Carano served as General Manager of Eldorado Resorts LLC from 1996 to June 2002. From 1986 to 1993, he served as the Eldorado's Director of Gaming. Prior to joining the Eldorado, he served various positions at another major casino in northern Nevada, including slot floor supervisor and pit boss. Prior to 1993, he served as a Co-General Manager of The Eldorado Hotel & Casino. Mr. Carano has been Director of Silver Legacy Capital Corp. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Circus and Eldorado Joint Venture), since November 2001. Mr. Carano has been Member of the board of managers of the Eldorado Hotel & Cxasino since 1996. Mr. Carano studied Business Management and Hotel Administration at Utah State University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
