be human and don't use fear as a tool
What is the best part about your compensation package?
insurance and 401k and vacation
Full health benefits, great overtime pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we are all over worked and underpaid. we as housekeepers get paid about 7.00hr but we clean 15-20 checkouts a day while lugging around a 80lb cleaning cart.
I am not paid enough for what I have to work with, people I have to deal with, issues I have to deal with, nor am I paid enough that justifies that I work with the company's major asset...the money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all Friendly and supportive,.
we all work together in making sure all the customers are happy and comfortable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Time management and positive guest interaction is crucial in my area of work. Many lack the ability to provide both services at a single time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
staying busy and being productive
Everyone makes you feel like family.
the break area. we also have plenty of company events.
Almost everyone is outgoing and easy to work with. We help pick each other up!
