The williness to communicate, listen and be inclusisve.
Elekta will replace them again in about 2 years. What is there to like, they are all from Varian, trying to make Elekta like Varian.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Micro management, excessive meetings, always checking your location. If this level of management is needed please track your employees.
Respecting staff and invest in them not just their own goals in climbing the ladder
Needed ethics in their behavior
Listening to the people on the ground not just hearing.
Refocus on proper training and education for its employees. Go back to your core values of the end customer, the patient, not the corporation that's truly in it for the money. Yes, its a company, it needs to make a profit, but there's a way to do it an maintain a soul.

Market rates would be good.
Elekta knows there are regional pay discrepancies in the USA and will not address the problem, because it will cost them money to pay fairly in higher cost areas.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit the "pizza party" morale boosters, focus more on actually improving work flows, training, education, and hiring. Constantly running on the bare minimum causes a higher turn over, affecting those who stick around picking up more slack because they have to maintain the weight.
Get managers in to manage. Top management needs a reality check.

The result is only average because the process was too long.

It was technical. HR was there but they let the team guide the questions. We went over specifics and they didnt hold back on the realities of the job. They kept their promises pragmatic and layed out exactly where they struggled and how I could help.

Getting patients treated when they wouldn't be able to get treatment without me.
Customer satisfaction is our happiness.
My co-workers and customers, and the mission we are attemping to complete every day.
Going to work knowing the company is helping cancer patients
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Old fashioned technology not keeping up with the times.
The workload and stress. We are constantly told to work at a steady pace, and we can reject work we know we cant complete, as per Safe and Agile methods. The reality is there are constant deadlines set by the management, and if you don't meet them they are used against you in your GPMs
