- What are some of the best things about your team?The team is hard working and dedicated to their roles and their teammates. They also genuinely care about one another and support one another in positive ways.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Especially for a start up, I find the comp package to be very competitive (with an emphasis on pre-IPO stock).
- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are extremely thoughtful and strategic about steering the ship. I appreciate that we seem to be looking down the road and around corners consistently to make sure we are on the right path today.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know we're probably strapped for cash and not landing a ton of deals, but I feel pretty underpaid for the value I provide and the experience I have. The only thing that would make me feel better about my compensation is more compensation lol.
