What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work life balance. Nearly every weekend and weeknight the majority of employees are working just to stay afloat.. I'd say focus less on perks and more on realistic, repeatable work.

Would be nice to know more about how compensation is calculated/updated, currently a black box

I know we're probably strapped for cash and not landing a ton of deals, but I feel pretty underpaid for the value I provide and the experience I have. The only thing that would make me feel better about my compensation is more compensation lol.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are selling well beyond our capabilities and pushing timelines that our customers don't want and require our company to run ragged.

It would be very nice to be able to work from home more, most days in the office are a waste and nothing is different from working from home
