Presente em todos os estados brasileiros, possui 15 escritórios regionais e 03 bases operacionais. Através de sua divisão de operação e manutenção, está presente em mais de 30 unidades de exploração e produção offshore de óleo e gás, além de 7 refinarias e outras instalações do setor energia. Sua divisão de facilities conta com a experiência de duas décadas na atuação em operações críticas e de alto volume. São mais de 10 000 sites que incluem edificações comerciais, corporativas e plantas industriais. Atua em todo o território nacional.A Elfe possui um portfólio completo nas áreas de operação e manutenção em unidades de perfuração e produção de poços de petróleo (offshore e onshore), refinarias e unidades industriais. Trabalha com construção, montagem, manutenção, monitoramento de corrosão em dutos, manutenção de peças para poços onshore, perfuração e workover onshore. Tem ótimo desempenho em operações críticas, como paradas de refinarias.
