I've been here about 8 months and am in general a person that is cautiously optimistic, I like to wait to reserve judgement, but so far it's been a pretty great experience with great people who are passionate about their work and meeting goals.
health insurance is great and covers a lot!
everyone is super supportive and welcoming
their accessibility and access in the day to day
likely the benefits package - health insurance/mat leave etc
definately the flexibility and the lack of micro managing
they are incredibly present and willing to participate in anything
they operate on a high level but with understanding and enthusiasm
getting to serve my teammates in a positive and valuable way
just the work that i get to do in general in helping my teammates
the culture is flexible and accepting, but standards are high and ever evolving to meet goals
