I started at ellevation in an entry level role and have sinced moved up two roles within 2.5 years. I was able to shape my path and het mentorship from colleuges on teams that i was interested in joining. I am so grateful for all fo the career development opportunities that I have had at Ellevation!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been with Ellevation for three years and have grown a lot in these years from product support to instructional design to a new marketing position. I am not sure if this growth and mentoriship would have been possible somehwere else and I feel grateful to have found such a caring team.

Yearly bonus 10% based on company performance.

Unlimited PTO is the best. I also loved our recent day of fun.
