What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Prioritizing in person events like department and all company offsites.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At this point, the team is still largely available to discuss challenges and opportunities. Most care very deeply about our mission and use it as our North Star.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping partners and prospects understand that we are truly a mission oriented company. When I am able to do what I have always perceived my role to be, I feel very confident and happy with my contributions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team is willing and able to support each other in stressful times. The team is growing so quickly that it is a difficult question to answer currently. But the core team is dedicated, talented, and hardworking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not been promoted in over 4 years despite consistent excellent performance shown in documentation from all of my reviews. In the last 9 months, I have also been tasked with doing work that has been specifically credited to other people. I would feel better if I was given a true promotion.
