They believe in our mission, they truly care about our employees, they make deliberate steps to improve culture when needed, and they are deep in the work with us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with great people. They are great at their job but also just great human beings. Since everyone is invested in the mission, we all feel like we are part of something greater than ourselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have offsites where we all come together for a few days at different times of the year, we have coffee chats. 1:1s with our team, manager, and others. It's very collaborate. You never feel like you're in a silo. Everyone is always jumping into help on slack or in Zoom when called upon.
