It has been a fun journey, the pandemic hit soon after I started and the company as a whole did an awesome job adjusting. I've made some good connections with work colleagues, especially as the company has grown and matured.

I feel fairly comfortable about having honest conversations with my team members and people leader.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with our clients is super fun. They are so appreciative of the work that we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On the renewal side, it seems there should be a higher compensation when upselling additional products to current partners.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get the work done in a fun work environment. Everyone is always willing to help others out. We are not a selfish group of salespeople.
