Leadership is always open to feedback and it is clear how and why decisions are made. Leadership is always available when needed and are all in-tune with the company mission and vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ellevation truly lives and breathes its mission; it's evident in the work all teams do daily, and the people who work here are committed to seeing it through. Because of this alignment, I've found that my colleagues are welcoming, share similar goals, and are always there for support when needed.
