Everyone always fearful of losing job. Hard to get any sort of pay increase with annual reviews despite going above and beyond. Leadership team def has favorites and those people never have a hard time getting promoted.

Fair merit increases to account for increased benefit package payments/cost of living/inflation.

My direct manager is amazing. Open and hinest communication and always supports me.

We all work well together and can always count on eachother to help out. Our team is great.

They didnt drag it out. I met with 3 different people in 3 days and i had an offer letter on the fourth day.
