Fair merit increases to account for increased benefit package payments/cost of living/inflation.

Overall, the people see good
Some of them are really helpful and fun to work with.
Overall, the Elligo team is personable, provides guidance and collaborate well together.
We all work well together and can always count on eachother to help out. Our team is great.

Unlimited PTO, but it is difficult to take time off

They didnt drag it out. I met with 3 different people in 3 days and i had an offer letter on the fourth day.
