It has been pretty satisfactory for the most part!

Company filled with smart people but management has no idea what their doing. We try to give management a reasonable schedule to follow for a proper design process but they insist on slashing the schedule in half and then act shocked when there are problems and there are delays.

What can this brand most improve?

Disconnects. Confusing instructions. Troubleshooting tips don't work for me.
