Mr. Charles A. Degliomini has been an Executive Vice President of Governmental Affairs and Corporate Communications at Empire Resorts, Inc. since February 2008. Mr. Degliomini served as a Vice President of Communications, Senior Vice President, Vice President of government relations and Vice President of Business Development at Empire Resorts, Inc. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of eLottery, Inc. Mr. Degliomini was the President and founder of Atlantic Communications, a New York-based corporate and government affairs management company. He served in the General Services Administration (GSA) as Chief of Staff to the Regional Administrator from 1985 to 1998 and was the New York State Communications Director for Reagan-Bush since 1984. Mr. Degliomini has a B.A. degree in Political Science from City University of New York at Queens College.
