Leadership could make themselves more available. I've never seen the CEO, much less knew his name.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses are the best, 12% twice a year is terrific.

Meetings are sporadic at best, but everyone knows their job, so meetings are not necessary per se.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the atmosphere. It's laid back enough to not be stressful but fast paced enough to not be boring.
