Kaushik Kundu — Senior Vice President of Internal Operations Collections at Encore Capital Group

Mr. Kaushik Kundu has been a Senior Vice President of Internal Operations Collections at Encore Capital Group, Inc. since August 16, 2015. Mr. Kundu oversees Encore's Call center Operations that spans across call centers in three countries. He is responsible for setting the strategy, financial performance, and operational effectiveness of the Call centers. He has fourteen years of financial services experience in analytical and operational roles. He joined Encore in 2009 and led the Strategy and Analytics functions. Before joining Encore, Mr. Kundu spent eight years in marketing and analysis at Capital One Financial Corp. primarily in the Credit Card business. His experience at Capital One included credit policy, valuation modeling, customer management, balance build program and online analytics. Mr. Kundu earned an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore, India) and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University (Kolkata, India). He is a CFA charter holder from CFA Institute.
