Ryan Bell — Senior Vice President of US Operations and Decision Science at Encore Capital Group

Mr. Ryan Bell has been Senior Vice President of US Operations and Decision Science at Encore Capital Group, Inc. since May 09, 2017. Mr. Bell served as a Senior Vice President of Legal Collections Operations at Encore Capital Group, Inc. Mr. Bell oversees Encore's Internal Legal and Legal Outsourcing Operations. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance and operational effectiveness of the Legal Collections channel. He has fourteen years of Financial Services experience in analytical and operational roles. He joined Encore in 2011 as Vice President of Legal Outsourcing. In that role, Mr. Bell oversaw the network of law firms that Encore partnered with across the country. Before joining Encore, Mr. Bell spent eleven years in Marketing and Analysis at Capital One Financial Corporation primarily in the Auto Finance line of business. His experience at Capital One included marketing strategy, credit policy, new product development, business development and operations strategy. Mr. Bell earned an MBA (graduating Beta Gamma Sigma) from The Cox School Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (graduating cum laude) from Texas A&M University.
