Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In ohio we get paid $16 and new employees are paid $18. That is complete insanity

If i wasn't overworked and if i earned a pay equivalent to my work

Probably after I left I felt a lot better. This was the only redeeming feature of the place

I want to be paid what I'm worth. I work hard and I love my job and I deserve to ve paid accordingly. New hires with no experience are being offered more money.
