I want to be paid what I'm worth. I work hard and I love my job and I deserve to ve paid accordingly. New hires with no experience are being offered more money.

The company is irrelevant to most people although they like to think it is. IT is American concentric and what exists there is mostly legacy garbage.
We're too expensive and everyone knows the techs aren't paid enough.
