In ohio we get paid $16 and new employees are paid $18. That is complete insanity
If i wasn't overworked and if i earned a pay equivalent to my work
Probably after I left I felt a lot better. This was the only redeeming feature of the place
I want to be paid what I'm worth. I work hard and I love my job and I deserve to ve paid accordingly. New hires with no experience are being offered more money.
better work environment and more defined roles. Offer a salary based on what the job is actually worth.

stop being so fearful and scared of everything
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the entire management layer and start again with people who know how to manage people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is irrelevant to most people although they like to think it is. IT is American concentric and what exists there is mostly legacy garbage.
We're too expensive and everyone knows the techs aren't paid enough.
