Full of nepotism and completely disorganized. I've worked for the company 3 years and have been promoted once, never saw a raise during my entire tenure. Teams are thrown together with zero foresight, upper management are all family and friends.
My overall experience at Encore is very positive. My manager is awesome and is a great leader. She has created an engaged and motivated team.
