Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hire you as a junior and never raise your salary because they say there is a process and unfortunately they must follow it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, kindness, team spirit, listening
People with drive and care for our customers from which i learned a tremendous amount.
I can ask any question and I always get the answer
