Very low wage for support department, they hire a lot of interns to pay them very low and never raise their wages, leadership in Romania is terrible and aggressive, no work culture, terrible benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hire you as a junior and never raise your salary because they say there is a process and unfortunately they must follow it.
