The leadership team has zero intention of growing the market share. They only want the company to get bought. They could care a less about the patient, patient outcomes, or employees. Endologix is and has the reputation of being the most unethical device co. In the industry. I concur.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They made the goals 6x the year before and paid zero dollars in commission if not making goal and had a spreadsheet showing to Deerfield the amount of revenue the co. Was making and comparing to how little the reps were making
