What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everything is really very great there!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start to listen to the employees, and make things around clear at least. It's a question for me, how this mess is still working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is truly fair & benefits are fantastic!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd feel better if there were no false promises about my salary. Keep in mind, that when company decide to kick you out – it would be REALLY hard to fight for your mone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There was not that much communication between me and my coworkers, again – because initial tasks are fundamentally broken, and everyone just trying their best to make it look like they were working on somethin
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is happy creating very positive environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Man, I don't know, I'm not a head or something. But this fish is completely rotten from all the sides, I don't know if any changes help to save it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I don't remember, it was long time ago, but I remember that it went smoothly
I was already wanted by headhunter & it never even felt like an interview at all.
