We are a small group that has achieved a lot! Everyone is willing to go the extra mile to get done what is needed.

The team is very open about the company's objectives and clear about what is expected of you. It is also very clear that there is a lot of experience in them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salaries can always be better of course. While I don't think everyone get's paid fairly, I'm confident that with the company's growth rate, salaries will only get better to have 100% happy employees.
