Very accessible and competent team - really good leaders!

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an incredible team - majority of us are diverse women. How many teams can say that? So much fun to work with my group!

Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming! This is one of the most collaborative teams I've ever worked with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
As in every company, some employees are more interested in improving their skills than others.
workers are fine, too many meetings for me it kills my productivity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency of the leadership team, friendliness & supportiveness of co-workers, and just overall amazing company mission!

I have passion for what I do. I also find everyone else to be the same and working with passion. If I need help, someone is ready to jump and help. Not to mention that lunch is free!
