What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock plan and Employee Purchase program.
Base+ Bonus+ Stock. Bonus is paid out quarterly unlike other companies.
The total package is good. I think it is great that the yearly bonus is paid out in 5 installments
up to parr with others

What are some of the best things about your team?
High performing experienced hands-on team. We work hard and laugh daily.
They are approachable, takes critical feedback and collaborates well.
We are in it together. Good or bad. We work really well together
collaborative and friendly with one other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people make our culture. Everyone is smart and hardworking.
Company focuses on DEI strategies, have wellness and Cultural ERG. Festivals are celebrated in the company that gets all the employees together and enjoy the festivities.
That we are recognized for our hard work, and that we can enjoy our quality of life outside of it as well.
Synergy and great teamwork with shortage of resources.
Expectations are clear, decisions are made quickly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Speaking to a variety of people from different areas and disciplines.
A good line up of interviewers, genuine discussion about existing challenges, tough but important questions
Interviewers were nice, respectful, questions were right on.
