Mr. Ranhoff served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Solaicx, Inc. from May 2009 to June 2010 for four years. Mr. Ranhoff served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Credence Systems Corp., from January 2005 to December 7, 2006 and served as the Chief Operating Officer from November 1999 to January 1, 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President at Credence Systems Corp. since November 1999. Mr. Ranhoff served as an Advisor and member of the Board of Directors of Spirox Corporation from January 2007 to April 2009. Mr. Ranhoff served as a Director of Credence Systems Corp. since January 1, 2005. He served as a Director of Micro-ASI Inc. since 2000. Mr. Ranhoff received a degree in Executive management from Stanford University in 1998 and a B.S.E.E. degree in Engineering and Marketing from Northeastern University in 1978.
