Mr. Michael Dee, also known as Mike, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the South Florida Stadium LLC. Mr. Dee has been President of Entercom Sports at Entercom Communications Corp. Mr. Dee served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the San Diego Padres. He served as President of Fenway Sports Group since March 2004. Mr. Dee served as the Chief Executive Officer of Miami Dolphins Ltd., Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Boston Red Sox Baseball Club LP since March 7, 2004, less than 2 years after he joined the club as Executive Vice President/Business Affairs on July 15, 2002. He was also co-chairman for the 2003 American Heart Association Heart Walk. Mr. Dee serves on the Advisory Board for MLB Advanced Media. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Boston Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Board of Directors of Scott Paint, Co. of Sarasota, FL and On-Guard of Havre de Grace, MD, both Ramer holdings. Mr. Dee attended and received degree in government in 1985 from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA.
