What is the best part about your compensation package?
Entergy does well with the annual incentives even if we have a bad year due to external events. They are willing to adjust for external business impacts.
Bonus potential, salary is average at best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensate good employees for doing great work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. Our team focus on the overall goals of our business unit and that is the focus. Not much infighting.
