Better commission would help my morale. Revenue is high but our bonus is lower. in addition to compensation we are asked to do more work in less time for less money. No constructive criticism just criticism. I dread meeting and chats.
The department I am in ask us to do several things that should be handled by other departments. We are doing more than our fair share and the pay should reflect that.
I feel as a woman I am a victim of a wage gap and it is unfair to pay women less than their male counterparts. Skills and qualifications should determine your pay not a boys club.
