The best Quality of my leadership team is their willingness to help. There is always support when you need it!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better commission would help my morale. Revenue is high but our bonus is lower. in addition to compensation we are asked to do more work in less time for less money. No constructive criticism just criticism. I dread meeting and chats.
The department I am in ask us to do several things that should be handled by other departments. We are doing more than our fair share and the pay should reflect that.
I feel as a woman I am a victim of a wage gap and it is unfair to pay women less than their male counterparts. Skills and qualifications should determine your pay not a boys club.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be direct and to the point, but also positive and encouraging
My coworkers need no improvement. It is management and the overall setup of the company and their treatment of customers that need to improve.

our interaction are via skype or on the Virtual desktop
The environment is easy going and family oriented.

Things need to be much more organized.

it was a phone interview and the interviewer was nice and personable

Knowing that I have done take best job that I can.

Policies need to be fixed so our customers are not forced into disappointing situations
