What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership Team listens and cares about our employees, customers and partners. Our Leadership team provides activities that promote Employee Goodwill and Health & Wellness. Our Leadership Team are accessible and Incorporate fun in day to day activities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees and not expecting so much for so little compensation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that time-off, bonuses, comps, 401k and salary are fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Terrible salary and pretty terrible benefits. I would feel better if I were paid more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are committed professionals that strive for excellence and growth. They are fun and caring people who inspire everyone around them

The people are positive, inspiring, motivating and supportive. Our Fun Committees keep things fun and light.

The people I work with. I enjoy the Gym and Meditation Rooms. Watching employees I have mentored succeed.
