At Market and lots of tech-like benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Human resources never got back to me so that I can enroll in benefits, overall the company doesn't care about 98% of it's staff

I work with a great group of people that are always engaged.

just be equal to everyone
Some were great the majority of them complainers about everything nothing could be said safety even as advice to make them better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has come together over the last year and is now on a new track to exceed expectations.
Company meeting are great. Teams interact in the company lounge for various events that help build teamwork.

A complete overhaul from top to bottom and to listen to their employees

Getting to meet with executives and management.
HR manager is thorough as are the managers.
They ask challenging questions that are fair and may you think.
