For a company that uses the slogan: "Talk to me Goose", it's a false narrative. When product changes take place, more emphasis is placed on getting those changes communicated to the clients than to support, so that support is made to look incompetent. That's born out of disdain for the lower paid.

Being done for the week.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly, attentive interviewers who ask a variety of questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve slothful work ethic, take responsibility, take initiative and not be allowed a sense of entitlement.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers a fine, but the turnover rate is too high, and therefore the product knowledge is below average.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A commitment to better communication from management and use the resources for activities we had to for gift cards and other incentives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am overworked because the pay scale is not on par of post-Covid workforce and I am expected to perform two jobs. Either hire more, or pay me more for dual roles.
