It was an okay time but the biggest issue was the fact that the work was pretty stressful.

I think more time off and some PTO options.

I thought it was pretty easy. Nothing really new.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers were really good and were seeking the best.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to talk to older people who are nicer.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think it is just the nature of the work. You never really get a chance to interact with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the managers are good but the executive team finds ways to reduce costs by not offering great incentives to their employees.
