the people interviewing were sweet but it wasn't very professional at all, it was like everything else too fast and not enough time to o it well
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are closed in the boxes of limited thinking - its great if you aren't a free thinker and are just a follower. If you are a true leader its a horrible company to work for, they intimidate their employees into thinking they are wrong ! They will NOT empower their employees to think outta boxes
